Packaging equipment refers to equipment that can complete all or part of the product and product packaging process, also called packaging machine. There are two major categories of packaging machines, one is a pillow packaging machine and the other is a vertical packaging machine. Their structural differences are as follows: 



Pillow packaging machine: the packaged article is conveyed horizontally by the conveying mechanism to the coil or the film inlet (in this case, the film may have a cylindrical shape through the bag maker, and the packaged article will enter the cylindrical packaging material), After that, it runs synchronously, and then passes through heat sealing, pumping (vacuum packaging) or air supply (inflatable packaging), blocking and other processes. For example, small bread, chocolate, biscuits, instant noodles, etc. are all packaged through a pillow packaging machine. Compared with horizontal packaging and vertical packaging, the pillow packaging is for a relatively simple individual item, such as a block, a strip, a ball, or the like, or an integrated item. For example, canned drinks, dry batteries, and even foods (open noodles) are all included in the pillow-type collection package. 


The structure of the pillow packing machine: 


1. Paper-feeding mechanism----Used to unwind the tubular packaging film. 


2. Take (send) paper mechanism ---- used for pulling the packaging film. 


3. Middle sealing mechanism---Used for pulling the packaging film, separating the paper roller, and pressing the wheel, including the ironing board mechanism. After the packaging film is heated by the ironing board, the sealing roller is rolled and sealed. 


4. Discharge mechanism---transport of finished products after packaging. 


5. The tailstock mechanism (including the feeding chain)--- is used to push the product and let the product enter the bag. 


6. Transmission part --- used to connect the transmission between the various parts, by chain, sprocket, gear. 


7. Electrical parts - the whole machine control part. 


8. No film stop (post plus) --- no packaging film automatically stops. 


9. Bag-making machine---form the flat packaging film into a bag. 


10. Knife sealing mechanism --- sealing and cutting. 


Vertical packaging machine: The coil is usually at the upper end of the machine, and the coil is made into a formed bag by a vertical bag-making machine, and then the steps of filling, packaging, sealing, etc. The horizontal packaging machine is roughly divided into two types: a bag Style and homemade bag.


1. Paper-feeding mechanism----Used to unwind the tubular packaging film.
